I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. This allows me to offer thoughtful, unhurried care tailored to your needs rather than insurance requirements. To support you in using your benefits, I provide superbills for reimbursement and partner with Reimbursify to make claim submission simple.
Complementary Consultation
I offer a complementary 15-minute consultation call to ensure your needs can be met before proceeding with a full intake appointment. On this call, we will all discuss the care you are seeking and my philisophy to determine if we are a good fit.
Intake Appointment
The Intake Appointment lasts 60 minutes and can typically be scheduled within two weeks. The initial, comprehensive evaluation is to assess a patient's mental health needs and establish a foundation for treatment. This visit involves gathering detailed information about the patient’s psychiatric, medical, and psychosocial history to develop an accurate diagnosis and create a personalized treatment plan. Prior to the appointment, you will complete intake forms, which I will review beforehand, in order to ensure our time together is focused in your current concerns and symptoms for a more effective appointment. $300
45 Minute Follow Up
This is an extended and more in-depth evaluation of a patient’s mental health status, treatment response, and evolving needs. This longer session allows the me to explore complex concerns, perform more detailed assessments, engage in therapeutic interventions, and refine the care plan. It is ideal for patients experiencing multiple symptoms, navigating medication changes, or requiring additional time for therapeutic support and coordination of care. Our Focus: Expanded Symptom and Functioning Review: Conduct a thorough review of current mental health symptoms, daily functioning, interpersonal relationships, and psychosocial stressors. Assess changes in mood, anxiety, thought patterns, sleep, energy, appetite, concentration, and self-care. Use validated screening tools as needed (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, PCL-5, ASRS). In-Depth Medication Management: Review all current psychiatric medications in detail, including effectiveness, side effects, adherence, and patient concerns. Adjust medication regimens as clinically indicated and provide comprehensive education about risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Discuss new or emerging pharmacologic options if appropriate. Therapeutic Engagement: Provide brief, focused psychotherapeutic interventions such as: Cognitive-behavioral strategies Motivational interviewing Mindfulness or grounding techniques Psychoeducation about illness management and recovery Create space for patients to explore emotional challenges, barriers to progress, or crisis management strategies. Review and Recalibration of Treatment Plan: Revisit treatment goals and collaboratively update the plan of care to reflect patient progress, preferences, or life changes. Integrate non-pharmacologic strategies such as lifestyle changes, sleep hygiene, or stress-reduction techniques. Care Coordination and Support: Allow time for coordinating care with therapists, case managers, primary care providers, or specialty services as needed. Discuss or initiate referrals to complementary services such as therapy, nutrition counseling, IOP/PHP programs, or community resources. Next Steps and Goal Setting: Outline clear follow-up steps, including homework, monitoring tools, or safety plans if needed. Schedule future visits and reinforce continuity of care. $270
30 Minute Follow Up
This is a focused, ongoing care visit designed to monitor a patient’s progress, adjust treatment as needed, and provide support in managing mental health conditions. This session builds on the initial evaluation and is a key part of maintaining therapeutic continuity and achieving treatment goals. Our focus: Symptom Monitoring and Progress Review: Discuss current mental health status and any changes since the last visit. Review target symptoms, mood, anxiety levels, sleep, appetite, energy, and overall functioning. Utilize standardized tools when appropriate (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to track progress. Medication Management: Assess the effectiveness, side effects, and adherence to psychiatric medications. Make dosage adjustments or changes to prescriptions based on clinical response and patient input. Provide education on medication use, interactions, and expected outcomes. Review of Treatment Goals: Reassess short- and long-term goals and adjust care plans accordingly. Reinforce progress and encourage continued engagement in therapy or other support services. Coordination of Care: Communicate or coordinate with therapists, primary care providers, or specialists when needed. Provide referrals or resources for additional support, such as group therapy, lifestyle coaching, or community services. Planning and Next Steps: Identify follow-up needs and schedule the next appointment. Reinforce the care plan and ensure patient understanding of any changes. $250
